১. রিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা:

আমরা নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে শুধুমাত্র রিফান্ড প্রদান করি –

• ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হলে (যদি আপনার অর্ডারের সাথে মিল না থাকে)।
• পণ্য নষ্ট বা অখাদ্য হলে (যদি খাবার নষ্ট, দুর্গন্ধযুক্ত বা খাওয়ার অনুপযোগী হয়)।
• অর্ডার বাতিল হলে (শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রস্তুতের আগে বাতিল হলে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য)।

২. রিফান্ডের শর্তাবলী:

• অর্ডার গ্রহণের ১ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।
• প্রমাণ হিসেবে খাবারের ছবি বা ভিডিও পাঠাতে হবে।
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড শুধুমাত্র পরবর্তী অর্ডারে সমন্বয় করা হবে।
• অনলাইন পেমেন্টের রিফান্ড ৩-৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হবে।

৩. কাস্টমাইজড অর্ডারের রিফান্ড:

• বিশেষ অনুরোধে তৈরি করা পণ্য বা ব্যক্তিগত পছন্দের কাস্টমাইজড অর্ডার রিফান্ডের জন্য উপযুক্ত নয়।

We are committed to delivering the highest quality homemade food to our customers. However, in certain cases, we do provide refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Wrong Item Received (if the delivered item does not match your order).
• Spoiled or Inedible Product (if the food is spoiled, has a bad odor, or is unfit for consumption).
• Order Cancellation (only if canceled before preparation, a full refund is applicable).

2. Refund Terms & Conditions:

• Customers must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the order.
• A photo or video of the food must be provided as proof.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will only be adjusted in the next order.
• Online payment refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund for Customized Orders:

• Custom-made or special request orders are non-refundable.
